Top 10 Reasons the Cats are #1 in this House!

Hubs (who will herein be referred to as "#2" in this post) came home from work tonight and apparently had a bad day.  Rather than talking about what was bothering him like a civilized person, he decides to go on a tangent about Ohio State fans (he is a Michigan fan), asked me when I was going to start losing weight again, and a variety of other gems. This inspired the following:  

TOP 10 REASONS WHY THE CATS WILL ALWAYS BE #1 IN THIS HOUSE!!: 
1.  They love unconditionally!

2.  They don't talk back (they "talk" in their own way, but not in a way that hurts your feelings).

3.  They're low maintenance.   (This is Bear's normal routine):

4.  They're good snugglers (and they're funny):

5.  They're so cute and fluffy and I just want to SQUEEZE them!!  Meet Bandit - all heart & hair!!

6.  They hate to see you go and are so excited when you come back:

7.  They love you no matter how much you weigh (and would never in 10 million years think to ask when you're going to start losing weight again).

8.  You don't have to take them for walks!  THEY'RE CATS!!!

9.  No cooking required!  Only cat food and water!!  (And if you forget the water, they hop in the tub!)  "Shower time!  Shower time!  Bogey and Mommy time!!  Shower time!........."  

10.  Moments like this when they purr......

Perhaps #2 should take notes (if he ever wants to sleep in this bedroom again)!  MEN!!!
